Early in the morning, we pick you up from your hotel at 4:00 a.m. to transport us by bus from Cusco - to the Ollantaytambo station, which we will be arriving at approximately 6:00 a.m. to board our train to the town of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu)
Upon arrival at the Aguas Calientes train station, our guide will be waiting for you with a sign with your name in order to coordinate and direct us to the bus station, where you will take the bus to the sanctuary of Machu Picchu (approx. 25 minutes)
Upon arrival at the Machupicchu sanctuary, your guide will take you directly to the best place to take pictures. He will show you the main sectors of the citadel for a total of 2 hours. During this guided tour, you will learn more about the history and culture of the Inca Empire. After the visit, we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes where you will have time to have lunch at the restaurant of your choice. In the afternoon we will take the train back from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, it will take approximately 2 hours. In Ollantaytambo, our staff will be waiting for you to take you back to Cusco by bus. The bus trip to Cusco will be approximately 2 hours and you will be dropped off at your hotel in Cusco
